Terms of Service
By using Apex Zone you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. Apex Zone is operated by Andrew Klein, an individual ("we", "us").
1. The service
Apex Zone is a hybrid-athlete training app. It lets you record workouts, track heart-rate and GPS data, and receive AI-generated coaching insights. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Apex Zone. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Health and safety
Apex Zone is not a medical device. The AI insights, training plans, and heart-rate zones are for general fitness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a physician before starting a new training program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. You are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits.
4. Account & data
You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Data you record is stored per our privacy policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g., excessive AI requests, attempts to access other users' data).
Third-party integrations. If you connect a third-party service (e.g., Apple Health, or Google Health / Fitbit), your use of that service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect any integration at any time in Settings → Health; the Google Health / Fitbit integration is currently in beta.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
- Don't use the service to harass others or violate any law.
- Don't probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the server.
6. Pricing & subscriptions
Pricing is shown in the App Store. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime through your Apple ID Subscriptions settings. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
7. Termination
You can stop using Apex Zone at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account. We may discontinue the service or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrew Klein, as operator of Apex Zone, is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
